Woocommerce credit/debit not working

  • I have woocommerce payments plug in set up. the apple/google pay works but the manual input of your credit/debit card doesnt. customers go to input their card number click pay and the get an error message that i have no idea what it means. is there a way to send a screen shot so i can get some help because i really need this function to work
