Woocommerce – create a product on the fly

I am in the process of building a kitchen quote generator for a client using a product with variables in Woocommerce.

I want at the end of the form is have the possibility to add this product and pay through Woocommerce using their payment gateway. Is there a way to add this product straight to basket with the price that the quote has made?
