    Hi,

I am having an issue with my website crashing and the wp-load.php file is having its contents removed.

I have deactivated all plugins, and re activated them 1 by 1, i have left 30 mins between each plugin being re added. I current have 1 plugin enabled and then i re activate woocommerce the site crashes and shows this error.

The error is resolved by re adding the contents of the wp-load.php file, but within 15mins the plugin is removing the contents.

If you could please help as I am unable to trade without woocommerce.

    Thanks
    Jake

The error which is being show is:

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function wp() in /customers/9/a/d/outfit78.com/httpd.www/wp-blog-header.php:16 Stack trace: #0 /customers/9/a/d/outfit78.com/httpd.www/index.php(17): require() #1 {main} thrown in /customers/9/a/d/outfit78.com/httpd.www/wp-blog-header.php on line 16

This is resolved by replacing the wp-load.php file, but within 5mins the contents of this file is removed.

    Thanks.

    Hi there,

    Your troubleshooting is correct.
I think you need to talk to your hosting provider and ask them how to prevent this unwanted data deletion. Maybe an over eager anti virus scan or firewall is causing this.

    Kind regards,

    Hi,

I don’t have any antivirus scan or firewall installed currently to test this issue, but did previously.

I have also contacted my hosting company many times and they cant see any issue.

    Thanks.

    Hi again,

I have also contacted my hosting company many times and they cant see any issue.

If you have ruled out anti virus, ruled our server interference and no one else has access, then I would also try another server / hosting provider to have a point of reference for comparison.

    Kind regards,

    Hi there,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Kind regards,
