I previously had woocommerce installed using the virtue theme, it worked perfectly. Update came out and since then anytime I try to install or update it to one of the newer versions it 500’s out my admin and I can’t access it. I have to go onto my server to delete the woocommerce plug-in to get my now non working site to even appear visually. No other plug-ins are installed. My host states there is plenty of memory and they see absolutely no problem on their end. I have installed different themes, even woo-commerce themes and it STILL has the same problem, it crashes my admin and I can do NOTHING. I would REALLY like to use woocommerce as we liked the functionality. Any suggestions before I move to a different ecommerce platform?

Have you contacted the devs of Virtue to see if they’ve updated to work with the new version of WC? I’ve read many themes haven’t updated.

If you haven’t already, I’d suggest submitting a ticket to the Ninja’s. Go to woothemes.com, sign in and click on Submit Ticket in menu

To get your site back up and running, you could do a restore of a known good backup. Though you’ve prolly done that. ??
