• When I activate the WooCommerce plugin, I get a white screen with the following message.

“There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

This happens even with all plugins off. The moment WooCommerce is activated, the error occurs. Even tried it with the default WordPress Theme and it still happens.

    WordPress Version 5.8.1
    PHP Version 7.4
    Woo Commerce Version 5.7.1

Ditto – it’s still happening in Feb 2022.

    WP Version 5.9.1.
    PHP Version 7.3.33.

2mymall, how did you get the e-commerce part of your site working if WooCommerce was such a cluster-fart? I don’t want to have to ditch all my work on WordPress entirely and go to something like Weebly, but I will if this nonsense continues.

    Oh, btw, WooCommerce Version 6.2.1.
