Woocommerce Coupons expiry date

HI

I am setting up some Woocommerce Coupons (setting up easter20 code for easter promo) going under Woocommerce / Coupons etc

I see there is NO time stamp to finish the expiry date … just a date so I can’t choose 11pm or midnight.

So if I choose finish 23/4/19 does that finish on 22/4/ midnight ?

I had initially set it up for ending 22/4/19 but a client rang and said the coupon wasn’t working .. Therefore I assume the coupon ended 21/4/19 midnight and not 22/4/19 that I assumed it would.

How can I achieve a timeframe within Woocommerce Coupons ?

I already have another coupon plugin FInale that displays the Promotion, but I need the Woocommerce Coupon to have a timestamp finishing on a particular date at midnight usually.
