WooCommerce coupons aren’t being created after a review

The settings look good. You can try to deactivate all plugins except CusRev, WooCommerce and switch to a standard theme of WordPress. Then make a new order from the frontend > Complete it and send the review reminder > Submit a review and see if you receive a coupon email.

Unfortunately, this is a live, active ecommerce site, so I can’t do exactly what you’re asking.

I will have to create a staging site and do it there.

FYI, looks like I have another site that is showing the same problem.

We haven’t heard from you for more than two weeks. For this reason, I’ll assume that either you are not interested in this question/problem anymore or it has been resolved. If you still require any help, please start a new forum topic.

It’s still a problem just haven’t been able to get around to doing a test store.
