Woocommerce coupon and PayPal conflict

Hello,
I created a coupon code so that my customers could get a discount on select products on my page. The coupon code works perfectly fine on the checkout page, but for some reason once they “proceed to paypal” the total on the paypal page does not reflect coupon discount. I spoke to PayPal and they said this is a WooCommerce issue. What can I do to solve this issue? Web page is https://store.honeylala.com, the discounted products are from the “Novelty” section and coupon code is “lala100”.
