woocommerce coupon and followup plugin Issue

I am running latest versions of WP and Woo and running latest version of Followup Email Plugin (from Woo).

There seems to be one nasty issue that I have run into after upgrading Woo and Follow-up plugin to their latest versions. Every coupon generated by followup plugin automatically gets “exclude sale items” checked or selected by default, which is causing mayhem at my site because ALL of my products are Sale so to speak.

Steps to reproduce

1. create a followup plugin coupon
2. create a followup email that uses that coupon
3. have followup email send an email using that coupon
4. Go to woo -> coupons and coupon will have “exclude sale items” selected by default (when it shouldn’t)

Please help with a workaround and solution! It seems to me that something got broken within latest versions of Woo and/or Followup plugin.

I can’t disable followup or create static woo coupons, since that causes me to lose tracking and customization offered by followup plugin.
