Woocommerce Correios Plugin

Main Problens are:
1. It do not list the options Local Pick-up, PAC, SEDEX for national calcs, whem Local Pick-up is defined to anywhere, and shows only Local Pick-up — What is wrong, because Local Pick Up need to bee visible to anyone!;
2. It do not understand the international adresses;
3. If Local Pick-up is defined to some CEPs, and the buyer CEP is diferent, so it shows PAC, SEDEX options and calc them
4. Because this primary erros i did not other tests yet
