I have Woocommerce plugin and essentially all plugins set to auto-update on my site yet this dumb Woocommerce contantly stops working, preventing any sales from occuring on my site with a broken checkout showing errors or never loading. It happened again today, I logged into the admin panel and even though the plugin was set to auto-update it showed “update set to update in 1 day”. What the hell is the point of this?! I updated the plugin and things worked again. This needs to stop happening. I have lost so many sales and only a few site visitors message me to say something is wrong as a courtesy but this needs to stop happening! Who is going to fix this? Why does this keep happening? Why can’t you leave the thing alone and keep it working?!

  • Hi @andrewsthilaire,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re facing in your store.

First and foremost, could you please share the error logs that your customers are facing? You can copy and paste them via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

Secondly, are you able to replicate the errors from your end when making a test order? It is important to try and replicate the issues so that you can have a better understanding of how your site behaves.

Also, the auto-update feature may be delayed due to various factors such as server response time, internet connection, or other technical issues. However, I understand the inconvenience this has caused you, especially with the interruption in your sales. In that case, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report, which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.
