    Hi there,

    Just to make sure: Are you still experiencing the same issue after deactivating all of your plugins (except WooCommerce) and switching to the default Twenty Nineteen or Storefront theme?

    Yes i tried deactivating the plugins it didn’t really change anything

    I dont know how to switch to the default Twenty Nineteen or Storefront theme, if you can provide a way to switch to them that would be great

    The Twenty Twenty theme comes preinstalled with WordPress and you can activate it via Appearance > Themes. If it has been deleted from your site, you can download it for free here.
