Woocommerce connection problem

I am trying to log in to my Woocommerce IOS app but it’s tells me that i need to have the Jetpack plugin installed and connected to my store, while it’s already done.
If i use an android device, it works wellJetpack support tells me that my IP address is probably blacklisted, or there is a problem with xmlrpc
I have deactivated the plugin, I have also removed and reinstalled the plugin but nothing has got it working.
I tried to reach the support of my host, but no response.
