Woocommerce conflict with WordPress

  • When Woocommerce is activated all of WordPress basic functionality is not working and it pop-ups the “Uncaught referenceError: JQuery is not defined”

    I deactivated all plugins except WooCommerce and the issue is there, I installed default theme of WordPress and the issue is still there this is not generated by my theme.

    I can’t drag in Widgets, select all plugins with the checkbox, more exactly Javascript functionality it’s broken when WooCommerce activated.
