• Hi there.
So I have this endless loading circle on the payment section.
I’ve done a bit of trouble shooting and Found out that is my plugin “Igloo” that causes this, because as soon as I de-activate it, the checkout works perfectly.

the problem is that my entire website is built on that plugin (is a page editor) and If i disable it permanently, the website doesn’t work anymore.

A few years back I had the same problem and a developer fixed it adding some php code on the checkout page, however I’m unable to find the code (it’s a website I can’t access anymore) and I’m unable to reach him out.

Can anyone tell me what to do to fix this ? Thank you

You’re using a commercial plugin, so please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

Commercial products are not supported in these forums.

They do not answer, already tried several times.
I feel the plugin is abandoned.

Anyone knows any php fuction to disable to plugin just on the checkout page ?
Logically this should work.. if the plugin doesn’t load on checkout then it should be fine no ?

You would have to hire a developer to make that customization for you. There is no easy way that works in all situations to stop a plugin from loading on a single page.

Okey I will do. Thank you anyway ??

If the plugin is abandoned, you should really think about rebuilding the site without it. I know… not how you want to spend your time, but in the long run, you’re going to have to anyway.

Well I kinda know that but unfortunately i have too much work for now to put myself into doing something so big… I will at some point but for now is better if I make it work in this way
