    Hi,

I recently purchase the pro version of Ultimate FAQ. I noticed today that my Description and Review Tabs were not showing on my product pages. Naturally I did a process of elimination with recently installed plugins and your plugin was the issue. If I deactivate it everything works as it should. As soon as I activate it these tabs disappear.
Could you please have a look at this and let me know how I can resolve this?
    Wordpress V5.1, Woocommerce V3.5.5
    Thanks

  • Hi olstadesigns,

What do you have set for the option “WooCommerce FAQs”? WooCommerce FAQs displays FAQs as an extra tab on woocommerce product pages. Does that happen only when you have “WooCommerce FAQs” option set to “Yes”? What happens when you set it to “No”?

Also, Could you please send us a link to your FAQ page so that we can have a look and troubleshoot the issue?

WooCommerce FAQs & Use WooCommerce Product Object are both turned off. I have toggled their state to both on and off with no change so I think it is somewhere else. Website is https://olstacorp.com.au/navlife

    FAQ page : https://olstacorp.com.au/navlife/frequently-asked-questions/

This was due to go live today so I will leave the plugin on for a few hours but will then need to turn it off to be able to display the product descriptions

With the WooCommerce FAQs option disabled, there should be no effect of our plugin on WooCommerce, so that would be extra strange. There is definitely no global conflict between our plugin and WooCommerce and all WooCommerce features are working correctly in the current version of the plugin, so, if there’s a conflict, it’s likely something specific to your install. Do you have any other FAQ plugins activated? Actually, you could try just deactivating all other plugins temporarily, as a test, to see if it makes a difference. Then, if you reactivated them, one by one, you’d know which is conflicting.

I have solved the issue. Seems the plugin didn’t like being installed as a “Network Activate” so I activated this individually on site 2 of the network install and it is functioning as it should. Thanks

Thanks for letting us know what solved it for you.
