@zappyone – Does NextGEN Gallery itself work fine? As in, is the issue you are seeing only affecting your setup of WooCommerce after its latest update?

I just confirmed when Next Gen is enabled it seems to work fine. The problem is I have it on multiple post but have to keep it disabled for my cart to operate.

@zappyone – So if this broke with the update to WooCommerce, have you checked with them on this issue as well?

Yes I opened a thread in support with them but have heard nothing yet. I just updated to woo commerce 2.2.4 and there is still a conflict. thanks

Heard back and they said it must be an issue with your plugin. surprise
They looked at it with 2.2.5 which is not released yet and it was working.
still with 2.2.4 same issue all my galleries are down so i can take orders. Anything I can do to help figure it out

@zappyone – You noted they said it works with 2.2.5 on their end but they are saying its a problem with our plugin? Am I understanding that correctly?

    – Cais.

    Yup, her’s what he said

“I tested the plugin with WooCommerce 2.2.5 and it worked without a problem on product pages, even when using Product Add-Ons. It appears that the issue may be caused by the NextGen Gallery plugin.”

I don’t even think 2.2.5 is out yet right. I want to thank you guys for at least addressing the problem in a timely way.

@zappyone – This actually makes it quite difficult to look at a solution as obviously WooCommerce is going to change something in their next release … if we address what they have done in this current release we may end up having it broken with their next?!

Have you given you any sort of ETA on this release schedule? Feel free to ask them to contact us directly if that would be of assistance.

    Thanks!

PS: @zappyone, if it wouldn’t be too much trouble, would you be able to forward that email from Woo and/or specifically ask them to contact us. Even with their upcoming release correcting this issue it may be best for us to delve into the existing problem all the same.

    Thanks!

@@zappyone – It appears WooCommerce 2.2.5 has been released, please let us know if this has definitely been sorted out now.

    Thanks!

Hi I just updated a few hours ago. I reinstalled wp super cache and then switched it off. and toggled NextGen Gallery on and off and the same issue is happening with the “Choose An Option” appearing and disappearing, unfortunately. The conflict is somewhere in attributes and/or variations. I see the attribute label but no variations or menu are visible. thnx

@zappyone – Another user had issues with WP Super Cache and they resolved it by completely removing the plugin (including all of its artifact files and folders) then re-installed it.

As it is, it seems there may be much more to this than an issue with WooCommerce … perhaps you can confirm with their support that this release does include the code they used to test this issue previously?

Thanks. I did that the other day when I installed Quick Cache(which I removed because of a possible conflict) and then reinstalled WPSC. Will do
