Woocommerce Completed Order emails not sending

We recently in our shop have had problems regarding customers not receiving the “completed order” email. It had been working fine until a few weeks ago, and we keep getting complaints about it.
Right now we are in the middle of a free download sale, and many people who order do not have an account. They are not getting the email, so they don’t realize that they can download the file. We have told them to look at the order page afterwards because that is one spot where they can download, but it makes it a lot easier when they receive the email!
Last night I even ordered the free download, and I never got an email.(I use Yahoo) I checked my spam and it is not there, either. I manually told it to send me the email twice, and I have not gotten it either times.
We have it set that the emails are HTML, and I am still receiving the new order emails. All emails are overridden by our theme and we have not had to update our theme during this time. We haven’t touched the template files either(we don’t really know coding). We have the email template under the emails tab set to the colors that we want, and that is what had been being sent.
If anyone knows how we can fix this, my team and I would greatly appreciate it!
