Hi. We have installed it and set it up as normal (enabled it for all allowed countries). But when we try to add it as a: Legg til fraktmetode it does not show so the system does not find it. The module is installed and shows under plug ins and is active as normal. Any suggestions?

Hi – I have also updated, and it seems the module does not work as you would expect. I would think you should be able to choose Fraktguiden from the fraktmetode drop-down list, but that is not the case. I see however that the module seems to work like it is supposed to work – it offers all the correct shipping methods. If it does not show on your website, try to add gratis frakt, and choose free if you shop for over 100 000, and you should get the fraktguiden results ??

In the admin area / WooCommerce settings, do you see the Bring Fraktguiden section in the Shipping tab?

Also, Fraktguiden requires that the products in the Cart has weight and dimensions.

@vof2016: Did you try our suggestion? How did it work out?

Else you need to provide us with the following:

* WordPress version
* WooCommerce version
* Active plugins w/versions

Having the same problem. Just installed the plugin after having upgraded the WP and WC recently.
WP ver: 4.6.1
WC ver: 2.6.4
Bring: 1.3.0

Not getting the Bring Fraktguiden as a choice, and it is not working with “gratis frakt”. Just getting the “Det er ingen fraktmetoder tilgjengelig….” Do I have to roll back to previous versions of WV/WP or will this issue be solved.

I have weight and dimensions and I think all settings are correct

It is working on our site: https://www.vof.no with latest WP and Woo Commerce.

Well, I have the latest as well, but Fraktguiden is definately not working there.
I can not choose it in “Fraktsoner” and if I choose one of the three alternatives (Gratis, Fast eller Hente Selv) I get excactly that.

So where and how am I supposed to configure it?
