WooCommerce compatiblitly

Hum, doesn’t work with WooCommerce 5.0.0 and WordPress 5.6.1.

Earlier today I had available in the Events dropdown, the “Order Published” (among others), which I guess is equivalent to order with completed status (??).

But honestly, I couldn’t get it to work. I had to configure an event with “Page published” to make sure my Slack integration worked, which it did.

But now those “Order” status dropdown items don’t show up in the Event notifications anymore. Just the Products Post Type.

Can you please see if you could fix this for maximum WooCommerce integration?
I love this integration with Slack besides this glitch.

Sorry about that, I just saw your comment in another post to uncheck the Custom Post Type Settings >> Only display public Custom Post Types box, and my fields now show up in my events.

But still can’t get a Slack notification to leave on a completed order (or any other status for that matter).

In your plugin, the available statuses for the orders are :
Draft, Pending, Published, Scheduled, Updated, Moved to trash

Which doesn’t match the WooCommerce statuses that we usually deal with :
Pending payment, Processing, On hold, Completed, Cancelled, Refunded, Failed or Draft.

Is there anyway you could please add this order status filtering in the Events configuration?

That would be wonderful and would make this plugin a must have for any Woocommerce user !

Hello @satoriprod,

While Hey Notify does support Custom Post Types (CPT), it does not support WooCommerce specifically. All CPTs have Draft, Pending, Published, Scheduled, Updated, and Trash actions, but WooCommerce order statuses are different. We do have plans to create a WooCommmerce add-on for Hey Notify, but have not started working on it yet.
