    I have a problem my account on the site woocommerce.com
    The account is verified and we do not have access to the tabs: My Subscriptions – Support – Credit Card.
    Message appears: “In order to access this section of your account please verify your email address”.
    I have the Support tab locked..
    Cyclically on June 26, a fee of USD 36 is charged, I want to disable it, but I cannot. Please help.

    I looked up your WooCommerce.com account and your email address seems to have been verified in the meantime. I was also able to access the tabs that you mentioned above, when accessing your account. Can you confirm that you already have access to these tabs in the meantime?
