Woocommerce Clients not subscribed when importing from Mailchimp

Hi there,
I am trying to import my existing newsletter list from mailchimp.
When the email is already registered with an active woocommerce customer, the emailadress does not land in the subscribed list, but in the unconfirmed list.
This is annoying, because they already subscribed and confirmed in Mailchimp.
Could you please help me with that?

OK, so if I am understanding this right, your existing subscriber status is being updated to unconfirmed when importing from MailPoet via the API.
Can you try by selecting NO under ‘updating existing subscriber’ option?
