if you have any developer in contact or an old developer that set up the child theme for your website, you can ask him/her to fix the issue. they can fix it in a minute.

if not then you’ll have to connect through FTP, then locate the wp-content/themes/pinnacle_premium-child/functions.php file then send me the screenshot of code where create_function is written so that I could read and give up updated code to replace in file.

If you’re not comfortable with editing file then ask your hosting to fix the issue. I am sure they can fix this small issue in a minute.

I appreciate all the help. We have not employed a theme developer for several years and I am no longer in contact with the original developer. We have just edited and revised the page ourselves as we have grown and have been able to fix any problems that arose until now. Can you recommend a reputable company I can contact to make this fix.

Ok, so I did some digging, Problem is not from any Fatal or Uncaught Error.
I checked the ajax response. found this. JSON is not correct in response due to that BlockUI.unblock() not working I guess.

@micahalgard Please try the solution mentioned in this blog https://buildyourblog.net/problems/how-fix-deprecated-directive-allow_url_include-deprecated-unknown-line-0 in order to solve this issue.

You can ask the hosting support to disable those configs if you don’t find options to disable those.

FIXED – We followed the steps from the blog post above and changed this setting on location nsisolutions.com

“Set PHP Directive display_errors to Disabled”

The check out page functions correctly again but we have know idea why this suddenly changed.
