    Hi there,

    I’ve troubling with the checkout pages when I test an product. Everything goes fine, except when I start filling my own e-mailadress I get an red square and I can go further.

    Situation:
    Green square (no issues)
    First name and last name
    Adress/streetname and number and extra number for suite or apartment and postal
    Country and place
    Telephone

    Red square: issue
    An valid E-mailadress.

    I can’t get further with testing in the check out, after I select an product. The website is in local testing mode.

    Plugins regarding WooCommerce
    WooCommerce (latest version)
    WooCommerce Services (latest version)
    WordFence (latest version)
    NS WooCommerce Watermark (latest version)
    WordPress version 4.8.3
    WP Mail Bank (SMT) (latest vers.)

    Hope you can help me out.

    UPDATE

    It seems the problem has been fixed/resolved regarding the e-mail issue.

    But an another issue has been occurred.
    At the checkout page, by filling the address of an costumer and place an order, there is an icon spinning very long.

    I have already checked the plugins (and theme) by deactivate and activate the plugins and tested, nothing so far. I have set the WP memory at 256MB.

    What can I more do too resolve this?

    Hi Bas,

    This feels like a hosting issue, I would suggest to increase the memory allocated to WP to 1024M with the following [article](https://docs.woothemes.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/). Are you sure you are seeing the same behavior when using the default twenty twelve theme with only WooCommerce activated?

    Sorry for the late reply.
    Well I sorted yesterday out, and it’s resolved. It wasn’t hosting issue, but something in the script.
