Are you using the latest version of the theme and plugin? If not then please try to update the theme and plugin to the latest version.

Go to Theme Panel > SCripts & STyles, Disable/ enable all the files, and check.

Visited again but not getting outside of the screen and into the right side.
Try to clear the cache and check.

Please share a snapshot of the issue.
