WooCommerce Checkout Page Fields

I run WooCommerce. Our checkout page has a field for customers to leave a note and also tells them to email us with any questions (and provides the email address). I need to edit that field and email address but it appears WooCommerce has removed that functionality from the settings. I use the free version and it infuriates me that they put out a free plug in yet refuse to support it unless you pay up. Such greed is disgusting. Anyway, is there any way for me to edit our checkout page or are we out of luck unless we upgrade to the paid version? WooCommerce never bothered to mention they were removing certain functionality.
