    I have a problem with my checkout page, after filling in the page and try to go to the payment page -> pink bar/beam with red exclamation mark with no further explanation

    I already tested a few things and the problem is with the field “First Name” (billing_first_name)
    -> When the field “First Name” is filled in -> pink bar/beam with red exclamation mark with no further explanation
    -> When the field “First Name” is not filled in -> it works (if this field is set to not required) – but this field is required even for making a new user.

    Also for existing users the same problem occur.

  • As far as I can see you have a 403 response (Forbidden) on your AJAX script that is running on checkout. As a first step I would fix that and take it from there.

    POST https://www.mghlonline.be/?wc-ajax=update_order_review 403

    That error might be the source of the issue you’re currently experiencing.

    How do i fix that?

    That one can be tricky basically the ajax can’t be executed for non-logged in users. Can you please share the system status and logs?

    • System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    • Error log: share a copy of the fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available)

    Thanks for sharing your System Status and error logs.

    This type of error is generally caused by plugin conflicts. Based on the error logs you shared, it’s possible the issues were caused by these plugins:

    * BuddyBoss Platform Pro: door BuddyBoss – 1.1.6
    * BuddyBoss Platform: door BuddyBoss – 1.7.9

    See if updates are available for those plugins that may help solve the issue. If it doesn’t, disable all other plugins except WooCommerce and switch to the default Storefront theme, and check again. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.
