WooCommerce Checkout Manager Pro additional fields not compatible with Zapier

I have created additional fields for Student Registration with the Woo Commerce Manager Pro plug in. However the fields can not be read individually by Zapier. Instead the info. is entered into one cell on the excel spreadsheet like this:

• Student’s First Name: <span class=”text”>John</span>
• Student’s Last Name: <span class=”text”>Smith</span>
• Age: <span class=”text”>8</span>
• School Level: <span class=”text”>Standard 2</span>
• Emergency Contact Name: <span class=”text”>John Smith</span>
• Emergency Contact No.: <span class=”text”>235-7411</span>
• Allergies, Medical Needs, Not allowed to eat etc.: <span class=”text”>No</span>
