Good morning, the site is under development before going online I wanted it to be possible to check the various implementations of woocommerce, and actually the customization of the checkout fields doesn’t work.

Set in the plugin as seen here

but in the frontend you don’t see the required fields.

Is it a non-compatibility problem with the Divi theme?

    Can the problem be solved?

I would like to provide the link to the site privately as it is a site under development.

Thanks a lot and have a nice day

    Hello mate,

Could you please verify if the checkout page, accessible via “Pages” → “All Pages” → “Checkout” → “Edit” → “Code Editor”, contains the required shortcode [woocommerce_checkout] as specified by WooCommerce for the checkout process?

To ensure this, kindly remove any existing code in the code editor of the checkout page and replace it with the shortcode [woocommerce_checkout]. This will allow you to visualize the changes facilitated by our plugin.

If you’ve constructed the checkout page using a Divi module, please confirm whether it includes the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode or the woocommerce/checkout block.

Here are the steps to include the shortcode in the checkout page:

    1. Navigate to Divi -> Theme options -> Builder -> Enable Classic Editor.
    2. Go to “Pages” -> “All Pages” -> “Checkout” -> “Edit” -> “Return to Standard Editor” -> “Allow”. Then, check if it contains the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode or the woocommerce/checkout block.

      Best regards, QuadLayers Support Team.
