Woocommerce checkout keeps refreshing page

Hi,

When someone is attempting to checkout and they press the Proceed to Paypal button, it keeps refreshing the page. I re-input my API paypal credentials, and reset cookies, but Im still having the issue. My website is https://www.ityperesumes.com Here’s the status report too. Help is very much appreciated!
