Here is the list of issue
    1) We have two payment options: 1. Cash on delivery 2. Prepaid, when user tries to make payment by selecting Prepaid option. that order will automatically go to the completed state with making a payment and on woocommerce dashboard shows Completed under Status tab

    2) In the email we received about order details, most of the details are missing, like Amount, Billing address, shipping address

    Hi @arbornetic0t,

A few others have reported experiencing the same issue. To better understand your setup, please provide your system status report by going to WooCommerce > Status > Get report > Copy for support. Additionally, check the Log tab for any fatal error logs and share them via Pastebin.

Lastly, please share a link to your site.

Hi, @mosesmedh @vijayskr I have tried to change the woo-commerce setting as suggested by @vijayskr and prepaid checkout is working now. However<span style=”box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;”>, I have t</span>o deactivate the Legacy API plugin to do this.

Is it necessary to deactivate the Legacy API plugin? I encountered the same issue while trying to purchase while the plugin was active.

However, during testing, I encountered the same issue with the COD payment method. The order details I received via email showed the product value as zero.

Please see attached email screenshot and the same details shown me on the website as well

    Hi there!

I’m glad to hear that the prepaid checkout is now working after adjusting the WooCommerce settings. Regarding the Legacy API plugin, WooCommerce deprecated the Legacy REST API in version 7.1, so it’s generally recommended to disable it unless you have a specific integration that requires it.

Since your issue was resolved after deactivating that plugin, I would suggest keeping it disabled or contacting the plugin support team for assistance in fixing the issue.

Regarding the similar issue with Cash on Delivery, just to confirm—are you facing this issue when the Legacy REST API plugin is activated? If yes, could you please deactivate that plugin and check if the issue is resolved?

Let me know how it goes!

Hi, @shahzeenfarooq We are facing this issue both when the Legacy REST API plugin is activated and when it is deactivated.

    Hi @arbornetic0t ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Could you try temporarily switching to the default Storefront theme and deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce? If you want to test this without affecting your live site, you can set up a staging site using the WP Staging plugin.

Looking at your System Status Report, it doesn’t seem like any of your extensions or theme are overriding the email template. But it’s possible there’s a conflict between your theme and a plugin, so we’ll want to rule that out first.

I also noticed that HPOS is enabled to help with the prepaid checkout issue. Just to double-check, could you confirm if there are any incompatible extensions by following this guide : https://woocommerce.com/document/high-performance-order-storage/#incompatible-extensions

It would also be helpful if you could share a screenshot of what you see under WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Features, along with a screenshot of an affected order from Dashboard > Orders. If you do not already have a screenshot tool installed,?Snipboard.io?can be used to easily share screenshots.

Let me know what you find!

    Hi @arbornetic0t ,

    Thanks for the update.

I also noticed that?HPOS?is enabled to help with the prepaid checkout issue. Just to double-check, could you confirm if there are any incompatible extensions by following this guide :?https://woocommerce.com/document/high-performance-order-storage/#incompatible-extensions

Have you had a chance to go through the suggested steps? Also, is the admin order page showing the same price as the order email? I want to make sure we’re seeing the same issue across both.

Could you share a screenshot of the affected order notes? You can find them by going to WooCommerce > Orders and selecting the specific order. If there are any fatal error logs, those would also be helpful! You’ll find them under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

From the SSR, I see you have the following plugin active:

    WooCommerce Smart COD: by woosmartcod.com – 1.7.2

Can you try deactivating it and checking if the issue persists?

Let me know what you find!
