Woocommerce Checkout Customizer

This is a plugin that allows you to customize the checkout pages of the Woocommerce Storefront theme. I paid for it and installed it.

When I go into the theme customizer, there is supposed to be a new top level option that says “Checkout” that allows me to change the checkout pages. This option never shows up for me.

I have tried manually installing this plugin as well as automatically installing it. I also verified I had a compatible version of PHP. I did try shutting down a few of my other plugins to see if there was a conflict (I have not tried all of the plugins yet).

It is only supposed to work with the Storefront theme, but that is the theme I’m using. It does not show up whether I use a child theme of Stroefront, or the primary one.

Any suggestions as to why this would not show up at all? I bought two other plugins from them at the same time, and these are working. It’s only this one that is not.
