• Hi All,

Hoping the forum can help with an issue I’m having. Our checkout page (https://americanmadetactical.com/checkout/) is running incredibly slow and we’re getting double orders.

When a customer places an order the page will just spin. Eventually, the page will reload with all fields blank. The order gets submitted to us, but the user doesn’t think it did and they’ll enter their information again. This is resulting in unintentional multiple orders.

We’re from other individuals we’ve talked to is seems we’ve narrowed down to a woocommerce issue. This just started happening the last couple of weeks, too. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi thanks for responding.
I have not sent to woocommerce developers, no. I couldn’t find out where to send it. Any idea what the issue is?

    Hey Eric!

First, I would ask your host to update the version of PHP your site’s running on– that’s important for security reasons, and also may well solve the issue you’re experiencing.

If that doesn’t do it, the next step would be to temporarily disable all non-Woo plugins– a conflict between WooCommerce and another extension may be causing the problem. If disabling plugins fixes the issue, you can then gradually re-enable plugins until you identify which one is the culprit.

    Hope this helps!
