WooCommerce checkout and subscription

    Hello,

    We are trying to fix a problem that when we checkout a product via WooCommerce that a subscription is automatically made in Paid Memberships Pro. The membership is getting nicly under the user in PMS but a subscription not. I got the addon for the checkout box auto renewal, but this is only for the membership product (checkout) page in PMS. How can i get this solved? Under the membership i have set the Auto-Renewal Optional to: Yes. default to checked. and also to No. All checkouts will setup recurring billing. But my feeling is that this only happens to order directly from PMS. We need to use WooCommerce because of IDeal payments with stripe. Many thanks for the answers already!

    Hello @thoompje,

    Paid Memberships Pro (PMPro) supports recurring subscriptions without additional premium Add Ons when you use one of our native payment gateways.

    But, if you want to sell memberships with recurring payments using WooCommerce, you must separately purchase and use WooCommerce Subscriptions along with this integration.

    Please see the documentation on this and other features of PMPro that are not compatible when selling memberships using Woo.
