    Hello,

    on the linked website there is a multi-step checkout plugin installed, but it’s not Multi-Step Checkout for WooCommerce plugin (this plugin). It is the WooCommerce MultiStep Checkout Wizard plugin from the codecanyon market. That is a totally different plugin, developed by a different programmer and belonging to another company.

    In this forum we can help you only with questions related to the open-source Multi-Step Checkout for WooCommerce plugin. You can use the support forum on codecanyon to ask for assistance the developers of the plugin you’re using.

    That can be solved by adding the following CSS rule to your website:

    .woocommerce-checkout form.checkout {
  display: block !important;
}

    You can use the “WP Admin -> Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS” page to add the CSS rule.
