Working on an ecommerce store for a client and using the Woocommerce Plugin. Currently testing on a development site, so the menu only has a “Shop” link which points to the shop page. I’m noticing when the test order is completed – it takes you to the standard checkout/order-received page, but the main menu item changes from “Shop” to “Order Recieved”. Also noticing when going to the my-account page, when selecting any of the options – orders, downloads, addresses etc – each of these changes the “Shop” menu item to whichever option is made. For example “Shop” changes to “Addresses” when clicking that particular option. Is there a way to disable it, so no primary menu changes are done automatically by the plugin?

    Hi there,

That certainly does sound like some strange/unexpected behavior. Please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your reply. Please note that since this is a public forum, you may want to remove any sensitive information that you don’t want shared publicly.

Also, please send some screenshots of how the menu is currently set up in the Customizer. I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply here.

    Thank you!
