    Hello,
I have a problem with translation of Woocommerce’s emails:

Issue: Translatepress plugin does not translate emails as it is on the very first email they receive when they land on thank-you page.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. A customer purchase an item on WooCommerce store and land on /order-received/ page
    2. WooCommerce order notification email (Processing Email) will be sent to the customer as the strings are translated (for example “[Order #7457] (27/07/2023)” is translated to “[Donation #7457] (27/07/2023)”
    3. An admin changes the status of the order to ‘Completed’ after we check/confirm the payment.
    4. WooCommerce order delivery conformation email (Completed Email) will be sent to the customer with default woocommerce strings instead with the translated one, for example: Instead of “[Donation #7457] (27/07/2023).” , the customer see “[Order #7457] (27/07/2023)” and other default strings.

    How can i repair this?

    Regards,
    Viktor

    Hi,

Be sure you have the latest versions of our plugin and WooCommerce.

Also, please notice that we have support only for WooCommerce main plugin regarding email translaitons. If you use any addon from WC that may interact in email sending, those email may not be translated accordingly.
