WooCommerce + CCavenue Payment order getting declined

  • Hi,

    I have been using the plug-in for a while but in the last month the error has popped up where when a customer tries to place an order, after the payment, the order gets declined on the website but the payment goes through to CCAvenue.

    Due to this many customers are annoyed, sometimes order twice and many times want a refund.

    I have tried restoring both CCavenue and Woocommerce to older versions when it worked, but now it seems the problem wont go away.

    Hi Pavneet,

    thanks for using my plugin, actually the error which you attached in your message is coming when we are not getting correct response from ccAvenue, so if possible could you please ask ccAvenue support for their response log of any failed request so we an find the issue and fix it.
