woocommerce category page customization

I am working on a redesign of my woocommerce store that uses a shopper theme. The new design is being built under colibriwp and I have my shop page listed as woocommerce categories. I am wanting to get the category title and mouse over effect working similar to my existing site at https://store.thenorthwoodsrvlife.com
