Thanks for the reply but, as far as I do, I can’t in any way reach the possibility to manage/use blocks.
I have tried both on the pages and on the articles but, no chance appears …

Are you using Blocks elsewhere in your site, or are you using a page builder to build your site?

It might help us if you share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

I see that you’re using Divi, so to use WooCommerce blocks on a certain page, you would need to deactivate the Divi visual editor on that page and use the default block editor that comes with WordPress instead.

If you want to use Divi, you’d need to approach Elegant Themes to see whether it is possible to display a category list using the Divi shop module or how to combine a Divi page with using a WooCommerce block.
