I have around 15000 words of content on the page I have mentioned. However, everytime i clear the cache the content is removed automatically.

Then again i have to save the category for the content to re-appear.

This is turning out frustrating and my SEO results are getting hampered thanks to this.

I have already disabled and checked with default theme and all other plugins disabled so please don’t suggest this.

I think this is a problem with WooCommerce.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hey there, @sonalsinha21! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

As I understand whenever you clear the cache you lose the content you added to the category page, correct?

    • Does this happen to any category page?
    • Have you added this content via the default WooCommerce interface or are you using a plugin that interferes with this?
    • When you say you clear the cache, just to confirm, you mean the website’s cache, not the browser’s, right?

Do you have any screenshots of what the page looks like after clearing the cache so we can take a look? I recommend using https://snipboard.io. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.
You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

    Hi,

Added the google conversion tracking code was causing the issue. So basically clicking on pagination 2 and then clicking back on page 1 would remove its content.

Right now removed the Google ads conversion tracking code which has resolved the issue.
