    Hey @nicknack & @hoys66,

Sorry I am a bit behind here on answer the forum questions. I will give this the highest priority today for investigation. I will ping back here when I have something to report.

In the mean time, do you guys just have OpenTickets Community Edition, or do you also have some of our Extensions installed?

    Hi!
    My plugins

OpenTickets Community Edition Quadshot Software LLC – 1.13.2
    WooCommerce WooThemes – 2.4.7

Just OpenTickets Community Edition, no extensions, latest version
There is a way round the issue by adding a page with the woocommerce product category shortcode but better to know the cause I guess

I know about shortcode. But this only partially solves the problem. There are links to the product category, which is generated automatically on the product page. And bread crumbs…

    Hey @nicknack & @hoys66,

Hey guys. I was able to reproduce this and track down the problem. Seems like it was an unintended side-effect of allowing the parent events to show on the homepage. I have changed how we make that happen so that when it is turned on it does not effect the product category pages. I also made it an option so that it can be turned on and off. Finally, I made the default for that option to be set to off. Updating to version 1.13.3 should resolve this problem fully.
