Woocommerce Categories – Facebook Shop collections

    When on our Facebook Page’s Shop, there is no option to collection product. The only available option is to Manage Your Catalogue, which allows setting up catalogues solely for use in Facebook ad campaigns.

    I need to organize the products by categories in the facebook shop as well as my woocommerce shop.

    Thanks for reaching out to us about this, it’s appreciated. ??

    Right now, our plugin does not create Facebook Collections based on your WooCommerce Categories and you’re not able to manage your products and collections when using the plugin. We’re definitely looking at ways to allow one or both of these.

    We’re focused on bringing back some functionality we’d previously had to remove, though after we’ve done that, we’ll be able to look forward at new functionality. I’ll definitely mark down your vote for this particular feature request.
