    This is a very basic question. I don’t quite understand how to use this plugin. I need very basic step by step help. I installed the plugin. When I go into page builder the widget is displayed between many other widgets. I drag the category widget to my sidebar that is already filled with other info I want on that sidebar. It’s the sidebar on the right. I’d like your sidebar to be on the left but currently there is nothing there (no sidebar). Wherever I drop the widget nothing happens. Do you have any suggestions? I apologize for the basic question. I use WooCommerce Thank you!!

    Hello,

    The category widget will only display on category archives or single posts (if the option is enabled). The widget requires a parent category or post to know which categories to display.

    Also, WooCommerce Categories are supported when using the PRO version only. The PRO version also includes Priority Support which will will allow you to get support for extending the plugin to display in other locations like pages.
