Woocommerce catalog images

    Good evening, I do not know if I’m in the right section or not but I’ll show you my problem.

    I installed woocommerce on the website and I have a problem with image settings both in the catalog and within the single product also on woocommerce> Settings> Images and impositives and the size of the image does not change.

    What can I do? Can I edit images via files and not through a back-end?

    Hi!

    What theme are you using? Can you check in the customizer under Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images and see if you have settings there?

    If those changes are not being reflected on the front end, your theme may need be in conflict. If that is the case, can you please reach out to your theme Developer and see if they can help?

    Thanks for the reply

    The theme I used is WP Store of 8Degree Themes.

    I tried to write to the producer of the theme but they did not answer me.

    I tried to follow the guide you suggested and editing the file function.php of the theme and adding lines to manage the size of the images I managed to change the thumbnails of the categories but the main image of the product page I can not change it , it always remains with a width of 558px.

    Can I do something else?

    Hey there!

    The image sizes are going to be controlled pretty much exclusively through the theme.

    You can likely use some custom CSS to make the images appear smaller in the product page.
