    I have been having a problem with the status of my cart in Woocommerce for some time now.

    The cart status does not change from Active to Abandoned.
    Where to look for the problem?

    AutoamteWoo
    Shopmagic

    I have the time set to 5 minutes but the cart status does not change from Active to Abandoned.

    Previously I had WooCommerce Abandoned Cart Recovery from Cartflow.

    I understand you are currently testing Automate Woo and Shopmagic, but the issue of your cart status does not change from Active to Abandoned.

    As a first step to troubleshoot the issue, I would recommend only having WooCommerce and one of the plugins mentioned above as the only active plugins in your store to rule out any possible conflicts. Then make a test purchase and check if the status would change with either of the plugins.

    Once that is done, you can note down the observations and let us know.

    I have started testing only automatewoo.

    Unfortunately the cart status does not change.

    I do not know where to look for the problem.

    Both are Premium plugins, and I would suggest contacting the support directly. Like if you have a valid license with us for AutomateWo, you can open a support request for us to investigate your issue further.

    Same goes for the Shopmagic too.

    All the best and hopefully, the issue will be fixed soon.

    Thank you for your answer.
    I only have a problem with one store.
    In the other plugins work properly.

    I can’t make a report to Woocommerce because I can’t select the AutomateWoo product.

    Are you sure you are logged in with the Woo.com account that owns a subscription to Automate Woo?

    Some plugins will only show on the list if you have an active subscription.

    Also, please make sure the field What do you need help with??is “technical support”.
