WooCommerce cart restriction by category

There are two types(categories) of my products.

One type needs to be shipped in normal temperature,the other is freeze temperature.

I have already created two different shipping method for it,and now I want to restrict the behavior of the shopping processing.

Here the results that I need:

When customers add one type of products into the cart,they can’t add other type of products into the cart(and show some notice message).
