Hello there @raystrat, thanks for getting in touch. I’d be happy to help you investigate this. To look into this further for you, please share the following information:

    1. Your?Site Health information. You can?use this form?to share privately if preferred.
    2. Do you see any warnings or errors when checking yourSite Health status? (Tools > Site Health > Status), which differs from your Site Health information requested above? Such errors may include REST endpoint references.
    3. Does the same occur when following the troubleshooting steps here with just Site Kit active and in troubleshooting mode?

Any screenshots or recordings you can also share will help us to see what may be happening and when it is happening. Let me know if you have any questions on the above.

@raystrat I can see you have submitted your Site Health Information so thanks for that. While I check this could you please also share the additional information requested in this support topic?

When running through the troubleshooting steps linked above, make sure to have both WooCommerce and Site Kit active while in troubleshooting mode to see if you encounter the same fatal error. If not, this points to another plugin conflict or even a multi-plugin conflict.

As stated above, any screenshots or recordings will also be appreciated. Please also be aware that Site Kit users are also currently facing an issue where they are seeing errors in their Site Kit Dashboard. More information on this can be found here and we are looking to resolve this as soon as possible.

    Hi Adam,

I think I may have identified the issue. I have reason to believe that it is the hosting platform – I have more than 50 sites on my server using Site Kit and about 20 of them uses WooCommerce.

This domain is hosted outside of my servers and the only one experiencing issues. I think I may need to ask the Client to reach out to them to resolve.

If you are able to assist with this, let me know.

@raystrat Nice troubleshooting! If this is indeed hosting related then this falls out of the scope of support we can offer you and it is best placed to discuss this further with your host.

Please feel free to follow up with us after you have done so and we hope you can find a solution to this.

As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to?open a new support topic?if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.
