WooCommerce Cart not working

I have been busy for a couple of months setting up my online store. I just really got around to checking it. I am sure I checked it when I first started building the site and the cart was working. I have download a couple of add ons for it plus they had an update a short while back. I have got version 2.0.14. I tried to check it out today. I just went back to try something. I may have 2 or 3 things going on. If I try to add to cart from the shop page if it was a simple product it worked. When I click and go to the product page it will not add to the cart. Why on the shop page and not the product page. The other problem I can not get the cart to empty. there is a x on the left side which I assume is to remove item. Does not work. I have some items that I have inventory control on it and have 2 in inventory. It will not let me increase the amount or decrease the amount. I got about $800 of product in my cart that I can not get rid.
Totally clueless. I can go make the variable items into simple but it still does not help if I can not get the product page to work.

I did deactivate the theme and tried on my 2013 theme and it did not work either.
