    Hello,

I’m using w3 total cache for a woocommerce website, but the shopping cart icon in the header doesn’t update when I place a product in cart. For example, on home page I put a product in cart and it’s reflected in the cart item count, but if I refresh the page the count is 0, when I go to any other page that cart count is correct, then when I go back to home the cart is 0 again.

when I deactivate w3 total cache, the problem goes away.

How can I solve this issue. Thanks in advance.

    Hello @mashour06

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to help!

This seems like Browser Cache issue. Can you please disable disable the Browser Cache for HTML&XML in Performance>Browser Cache>HTML&XML(cache control and expires header), save all settings and purge the cache and see if the issue persists.

Also, please check your cart settings in Woocommerce settings and see if the cart fragment is set.

    Thanks!

    Hello Marko,

Thank you for your reply. The cache control and expires header are already disabled.

I can’t find the setting for cart fragment in Woocommerce settings. Where can I find it?

    Thanks.

    Hello @mashour06

    Thank you for your feedback.
I would recommend installing the plugin for this and enable add to cart Ajax for woocommerce.
You can check this one as an example or check this list for more details about other plugins.

    Thanks!
